The program is designed for operators who can source strong venues, install stations, and keep those stations productive.
Revenue share
20% of station revenue
The CSO earns 20% of all revenue associated with the pilot stations they place, service, and support.

CSO Responsibilities
What operators handle
The Charging Station Operator owns the local market work: finding the right venues, winning the placement, installing the station, and keeping the deployment healthy.
- Identify prospective venues or locations with suitable demand for secure phone charging.
- Sell the service to prospective venues or locations.
- Install Phonebooth charging stations at approved locations.
- Provide ongoing service and support for the stations they install.
- Monitor placement quality. If a location is not producing the expected revenue, remove the station and place it in a more suitable location.
More Demand?
Operators can purchase additional stations
If a CSO has more qualified demand than the pilot inventory can support, additional Phonebooth kiosks and replacement charging cable sets can be purchased through the Phonebooth store.
Pilot stations
CSOs receive a 20% share of revenue associated with pilot stations provided by Iero.
Purchased stations
For stations the CSO purchases and owns, the CSO revenue share increases to 60%.
